  5. The Personnel module provides a series of user-defined tables which allow the
  6. user to customize the descriptions used by the institution.  The system is
  7. fully integrated with the Payroll module, but can be operated in a stand alone
  8. mode if the institution utilizes a service for their payroll needs.  The
  9. software includes a series of comprehensive government reporting functions
  10. (EEO, OSHA, etc.).  The system tracks a wealth of data on the employee
  11. including vacation and sick leave accruals and balances, access to historical
  12. information including:  salary and job changes; performance evaluations; OSHA
  13. incidents; medical claims; education; skill levels; training classes taken;
  14. leaves taken; etc.  Optional subsystems include:  Detail Leave tracking;
  15. Salary and Job History; and In-Service Training.
